GGB QUIET SERIES –DEEP ENHANCED TUNED SOUND

Attention KRX owners. You asked for a quieter KRX muffler so we designed one.
The GGB Exhaust Quiet Muffler sets a new standard for sound control and performance. Performance increase does not have to mean sound increase and the GGB Quiet Muffler proves just that. The Quiet Muffler utilizes a chambered core which provides enhanced sound and increased exhaust flow while keeping sound levels in the cab and outside the machine at an ear pleasing level. The deeper more pronounced exhaust note is noticeable at idle and when the RPM's start to climb the exhaust note sings a more finely tuned sound when compared to the stock muffler. If you're looking for added performance, simple install, low in car sound levels and a deeper more tuned exhaust note, look no further than the GGB Exhaust Quiet Series Muffler for the Kawasaki KRX.

Each Kawasaki KRX system is manufactured from high quality 304 stainless steel and is a direct bolt-on to the factory exhaust mounts.  No fuel tuner is required, simply install and go using the factory fuel management since the increased exhaust flow we’ve incorporated into the system design can be managed by the stock fuel management system. However, if you’re still looking for a power increase, adding a new tuner will increase fuel delivery, and the exhaust system will also benefit.

SPORT SERIES – AGGRESSIVE EXHAUST TONE

Increase power, aggressively improve exhaust tone, reduce weight, lower engine temps, and never have to take your exhaust system apart to re-pack it ever again. The GGB SPORT muffler delivers an aggressive exhaust note with a deep-tuned tone while providing the additional exhaust flow necessary for increased power. Built entirely from stainless steel this zero-maintenance exhaust system delivers a throaty rumble at idle and track-tuned attitude when under throttle. Installation is straightforward, and no modifications are necessary to install as the SPORT muffler is designed and dyno tested to run with the vehicle's stock tune or any aftermarket tune and bolts directly the original mounts. This is a chambered muffler specifically designed in-house by our designers for this vehicle and will not get louder over time.

THE SPORT MUFFLER – Chambered technology
The DNA of this muffler sets it apart from other SxS exhaust on the market. Designed In-house by our team specifically for this market, the Sport muffler does not use any packing material but rather, utilizes strategically placed tubes and chambers to capture sound waves and scavenge exhaust flow result in a zero-maintenance, high performance muffler designed for years of trouble-free riding.

SOUND – Aggressive Tone

TUNING – Not Required
Each exhaust system is tuned specifically to run with the cars stock ECU tuning. A tuner can be added if desired but is not necessary.

MAINTENANCE – Not Required
Each system is fully welded with no packing material inside to deteriorate or blow out. This is a true Zero maintenance exhaust system.­

INSTALL – Easy
Direct bolt-on system to the vehicles factory mounts with common hand tools and minimal mechanical skill. All necessary hardware and instructions supplied.

The GGB Trail muffler is constructed from 304 stainless steel and is a direct bolt on muffler that gives a deep tuned exhaust note, close to stock dB levels in the mid and high RPM’s and does not require a fuel programmer. The Trail Muffler provides an increase in exhaust flow resulting in 1-3 HP gain with increased torque. Each system is a direct bolt-on fit and allows all factory body panels to be re-installed. Submersion in mud and water will not affect the integrity or the performance of the GGB Trail muffler as its fully welded stainless steel design with ZERO packing is built to withstand the punishment. The GGB Trail muffler is a direct bolt-on, zero maintenance exhaust system that can be run with or without a programmer. The Trail Series will easily meet J1287 sound regulation of 96dBA.

This muffler has been SPECIFICALLY designed for this machine, tested and tuned accordingly to provide optimal exhaust flow and back pressure to allow the engine to efficiently achieve peak power with the stock programmer. There is NO DRONE with our Trail Muffler. The Trail Muffler has an incredible tuned sound to it. Slightly louder than stock at idle for that head turning start up. As the RPMs increase the Trail Muffler reduces sound, keeping measured dB levels close to stock through the middle and upper RPM range while providing a deep tuned exhaust note from idle to wide open throttle. Our design allows for reduced operating temperatures and weight savings compared to stock.
