GGB QUIET SERIES –DEEP ENHANCED TUNED SOUND

Attention KRX owners. You asked for a quieter KRX muffler so we designed one.
The GGB Exhaust Quiet Muffler sets a new standard for sound control and performance. Performance increase does not have to mean sound increase and the GGB Quiet Muffler proves just that. The Quiet Muffler utilizes a chambered core which provides enhanced sound and increased exhaust flow while keeping sound levels in the cab and outside the machine at an ear pleasing level. The deeper more pronounced exhaust note is noticeable at idle and when the RPM's start to climb the exhaust note sings a more finely tuned sound when compared to the stock muffler. If you're looking for added performance, simple install, low in car sound levels and a deeper more tuned exhaust note, look no further than the GGB Exhaust Quiet Series Muffler for the Kawasaki KRX.

Each Kawasaki KRX system is manufactured from high quality 304 stainless steel and is a direct bolt-on to the factory exhaust mounts.  No fuel tuner is required, simply install and go using the factory fuel management since the increased exhaust flow we’ve incorporated into the system design can be managed by the stock fuel management system. However, if you’re still looking for a power increase, adding a new tuner will increase fuel delivery, and the exhaust system will also benefit.

Does your Kawasaki KRX 1000 suffer from fractured door syndrome? Has it pinched your arm yet? Do you just hate the way your doors look with the top seam split open?

Well we've got the fix!

Class 1 Motorsports developed a door cap that will hold your inner and outer door plastics together and look great doing it.

This kit comes with both rear driver and passenger side door caps and 10 push darts. Front and rear set available as well

Easy 10 minute install and all you need is a drill with a 5/16" drill bit.

Instructions:

1. Pinch the top of the door back together, use tape to hold them shut if needed
2. Line up the inner rear corner of the door cap with the rear edge of the door, maker sure the cap is seated on the top of the door and drill through the inner door panel using the cap as a guide, start with the hole closest to the rear of the door.
3. Once you drill the first hole insert a push dart but do not depress the center yet, work your way to the front of the door drilling one hole at a time and inserting a dart then moving to the next hole.
4. Remove all darts, remove door cap, wipe away any drill debris, then re-install cap, install push darts and depress the center pin of the push darts now.
5. Repeat on the other side of your car

Note: The door caps are made from a polyurethane material, this allows them to be flexible but rigid at the same time. The door caps twist slightly when they come out of the mold, this is normal and they easily take proper shape when installed. Just make sure you hold them tight to the top of the door when installing.
